Our color case hardening process is done with a digital controlled furnace to insure a perfect temperature with each job.  We use only high quality bone and hard wood charcoal. All metal is polished to perfection. No buffing wheels are use for any of our polishing processes. We only use perfectly flat milled aluminum blocks to insure no rounding of corners, dishing, or washing lettering.
